About Dental Premier

Dental Premier is a dental clinic in Bucharest, Romania, Dentsply Sirona Centre of Excellence, specialising in implantology and complex oral rehabilitation, with 17 years of activity. It is located at 26A Maria Rosetti Street, Sector 2, and operates nine treatment rooms with a team of 60 people, including 21 specialist doctors.

Four of the clinic’s doctors are surgeons: two specialists in oral and maxillofacial surgery and two in dento-alveolar surgery and implantology. For complex treatment plans, the consultation is carried out jointly by a surgeon and a prosthodontist, so that the final solution is established from the first assessment.

What the clinic treats

The clinic works mainly with patients who have lost jawbone and have been told elsewhere that implants are no longer possible. It covers bone reconstruction through grafting, internal and external sinus lift and ridge widening, full-arch rehabilitations of the All-on-4, All-on-6 and All-on-8 type, including bimaxillary cases performed on reconstructed bone, and customised subperiosteal implants for severely atrophied jaws, manufactured individually to the shape of each patient’s bone.

Dental Premier does not perform zygomatic implants. The clinic’s approach is to first attempt bone reconstruction and the use of conventional implants, and where reconstruction is no longer possible, to use subperiosteal implants, considered less invasive for the same indication. The clinic has completed full implant-supported rehabilitations in patients over 90 years of age.

Patients from abroad

The clinic treats patients from more than ten countries, most of them from the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Belgium, France, Denmark, the Netherlands, the United States and Canada. Treatment is organised in two visits, with the plan and costs established online before travel, based on a CT scan sent in advance. Accommodation is arranged through the clinic, at a hotel a few minutes’ walk away. At the end of treatment, the patient receives the international implant passport and the certificate of conformity for the prosthetic work, documents that allow any dentist abroad to intervene if needed.
